Challenge
- A swiss based publishing agency has 10 employees that do many publishing jobs per day which last between 30 and 120 minutes
- The allocation of jobs to employees becomes very complex due to the large amount of tasks so that some jobs are (unneccessarily) delayed
- It becomes very time consuming to update a list with all jobs for each employee using a pencil and a rubber (as in the traditional workflow)

- An Excel-based tool helps to quickly capture new jobs and allocate them to an employee
- An clearly arranged sheet provides a good overview of the current job situation
- Jobs can be moved easily with copy & paste and other jobs are automatically shifted to the back
