Challenge

  • An international market research company wants to conduct surveys and interviews when employees join and leave the company
  • This will help them to better understand their employees sources of motivation and reasons for leaving
  • A manual analysis of the surveys is not time efficient

  • In the first step, an Excel-based survey is sent to the employees which return it after completion
  • Afterwards, the results will be imported into an Excel analysis tool automatically. A questionnaire is derived automatically in Word for the following interview.
  • The tool automatically creates PowerPoint presentations to visualize results for the responsible manager and for the management board
