Just call or write us an email and explain briefly what problem you face using your MS Office products. If you write us an email, we will usually come back to you within one hour for a first feedback.
2 Requirements
As a next step, we will discuss with you the detailed requirements of your solution. We will use email, phone calls and remote desktop software to to properly understand all your needs for an optimal business application.
If your requirements are not fully clarified yet, we can also support you in the process of gathering all requirements and drafting a specification for your tailor-made software solution.
3 Proposal
Based on our initial discussions, we will write a proposal with all your functional requirements. Our proposals are fixed price offers and include a deadline for the development. Minor changes to the software are included in our proposals so that you do not run the risk of exploding development costs in the middle of the project.
4 Prototype
During the development phase, we will work off-site, but communicated regularly with you. One of our proven software development methods is extensive prototyping. You will receive a prototype early on in the development phase to check whether all your requirements will be fully met with the software. This enables you to be involved during the development so that you can tailor the solution to your needs.
Once we received your feedback, we will incorporate it and provide you with further versions until you are fully satisfied with the software.
5 Acceptance
At the end of the project - when all your requirements are fully met - you will formally accept the solution and we will send you the invoice. International clients can also pay via PayPal or Credit Card if requested.
You have no risks during the entire process: you only pay if you are satisfied and if you have an issue with your software after acceptance, we will fix them free of charge.
