Marketing e-mails

Transmission of prospective customer data who register themselves on our website (e.g. to download a demo version of one of our products) to ActiveCampaign: For manual and automated delivery of marketing e-mails, we use the e-mail marketing provider ActiveCampaign, Chicago, USA. The data traffic between Germany and the US were based previously on the Safe Harbor Agreement.
After a decision of the European Court from October 6, 2015, the Safe Harbor Agreement lapsed. The transmission of data from Europe to a non-European service provider is therefore currently in a legal ‘gray area’, until a new agreement for transatlantic data transmission has been established.
The registration for the marketing distribution list happens on a voluntary basis. It presupposes the consent to transfer your registration data (e-mail, name, company) to ActiveCampaign. If you do not agree, you can not use the marketing service (and possibly you will not be able to download a demo version of a product).
Your registration data will be collected, stored and used to send you information about how to use our products, their benefits and news about our products and services via e-mail.
The technical aspects of contact management and marketing e-mail sending are done by ActiveCampaign. According to ActiveCampaign customer data will not be disclosed to third parties, but may be made available to state investigation agencies by order.
The consent to the storage of your registration data and their usage to send marketing e-mails to you can be withdrawn at any time.
