For each development of empower® we have studied what Word feature wastes valuable time – and have developed the tools to overcome this obstacle. By establishing a connection to the Active Directory, your contact details are automatically entered when you open a document, if required also the details of your colleagues. A central text element library allows you access to collaborate with wording templates. Every employee is able to set up their own folders and select them to be shared with others. A further improvement: recipient details are imported from Outlook or any other address book with the click of a button to be entered in the address field of your template.
